The thirteenth annual Eastern Oregon Film Festival wrapped up this year by serving nearly four hundred radical individuals. Among them came visiting filmmakers, musicians, and audience members from all directions to watch wonderful independent cinema and come together as a community around the unique stories, perspectives, and ideas presented over the weekend.
Awards selections were informed by our balloting system, (to be improved upon next year 😉 , festival conversations, considerations, and community quanderings. These deserving pieces of work and their makers merit a standing ovation and we are grateful to have had the opportunity to share these works with our community.

The festival organizers want to send a special high-five to all of our visiting filmmakers, it takes a lot to make one’s way to our great valley and we are grateful for the opportunity to create new friendships, develop creative opportunities, and send them off bright-eyed about Eastern Oregon.
