Floating Point

Floating Point is a climate science fiction short film currently in development and slated to film in Eastern Oregon in 2026. Blending plant science, quantum computing, and memory, the project explores what happens when the botanical world becomes the medium for time travel. The film is fiscally sponsored by Eastern Oregon Film Festival through our Filmmaker Support Fund, supporting regional storytellers who are rooted in place and pushing creative boundaries.
