The 2nd Annual Eastern Oregon Film Festival call for entries
begins began on June 7th, 2010 and continues through August 15th, 2010. EOFF is looking for narrative, animation, documentary, or experimental short or feature length films.
Entries can be submitted A.) by mail or B.) in person at Cold Coffee Media (1702 4th Street, La Grande, OR 97850). The submission form must be filled out completely.
HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR FILM
Download, Print and fill out a Submission form. Send it, along with DVD (see below for specifics) and check for $30. (made out to Eastern Oregon Film Festival). If you want to use Pay Pal and pay for your submission, just attach a copy of your receipt to your entry form.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON SUBMITTING ENTRIES!
Only NTSC, DVD-R, Region 1 discs will be accepted. Make sure that your disc works properly.
Please include the title, director's name, running time, email address, and submission category on the disc and also on the spine of the DVD case itself.
Include your $30 entry fee (check only) made out to EASTERN OREGON FILM FESTIVAL.
Do not submit PAL-formatted DVDs, VHS tapes, or QuickTime movies.
Do not make custom paper labels for the disc. Please use a fine point sharpie and write legibly.
Do not submit your disc in a plastic jewel case; use a black DVD case only.
Do not mail your entry in a fiber-filled envelope.
Do not send a press kit or any additional promotional materials. These will be discarded. If your film is accepted, we'll ask for an EPK at a later date.
Entry fees are non-refundable. Failure to follow instructions will result in disqualification. Submissions will not be returned to sender. DVDs will be kept for festival screening or discarded if not selected.
